Rarely. Clear aligners are thin, transparent and made to fit your teeth exactly, so at conversational distance most people do not notice. They also come out when you eat, brush, or want a photograph without them.
It depends how far your teeth need to move. Simpler cases are often months rather than years, and a bigger correction takes longer. Your assessment gives you a timeline specific to your teeth, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Usually. Relapse after childhood braces is one of the most common reasons people start aligners. Retainers are included with both packages this time, which is what stops it happening again.
The standard package at £2,950 covers most cases. The unlimited package at £3,450 adds unlimited refinements, which is worth it for bigger corrections or where teeth have drifted a long way. We will tell you at your assessment which one you actually need.
